Dr. Steven Frey

Dr. Steven Frey is board certified in family medicine and offers a wide range of medical services for patients ages 14 to 80 years old in Plano, Tx. Improving the quality of life of his patients is his biggest healthcare passion. He sees his patients as more than just a diagnosis but rather as a person. As someone personally diagnosed with a chronic disease and being in the medical system since birth, he understands how much more there is to life than being a diagnosis. He wants to bring that same mindset, joy and passion to his patients to help them live a more fulfilling life.

He encourages his patients to exercise or do something active every day, eat a well-balanced diet, and get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

How Dr. Frey practices whole-person wellness

Dr. Frey, his wife, and their two dogs (Momo and Kuma) live in Northern Dallas. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring Dallas with his wife and dogs, and going to basketball/football games, concerts, and comedy shows. They enjoy cooking together and hanging out with their family and friends. He also eats as well-balanced diet as possible and sticks to a regular exercise regimen.
